The cheese is packed in a protective atmosphere and, therefore, remains completely isolated from the external environment under conditions of complete hygiene. Under these conditions, the product maintains its organoleptic characteristics and flavour, as well as its nutritional properties: once the pack is opened, the cheese appears as if it has just been cut with the same fragrance and aroma of the whole cheese.
