One Day Food Pack A: Multi-Day Stage Race - VegetarianExpedition Foods
Planning your food for a multi-day stage will be key to your success. The best way to do this is to separate out your food by days. Each day you will need a good mix of freeze dried meals, energy bars & gels. 2000 calories per day is the bare bone minimum you will need, but make sure you have enough to fuel your body through the day and help you recover overnight, as calorie requirements differ by person.
Expedition Foods' One Day Food Pack: Multi-Day Stage Race lets you purchase all the food you need for one race day, and we will send it to you in a pre-packaged zip-lock bag ready to go for the race!

When selecting items for your One Day Food pack, please keep in mind:
- We recommend using freeze dried meals as your main food source for multi-day races where hot water is available, such as RacingThePlanet and 4 Deserts events.
- Energy Bars and Gels are a great way to keep you body fueled while out on the course. There are various brands and flavours to choose from. To avoid an upset stomach, be sure to test your bars and gels during training.
