Shipping
We ship internationally. All products are shipped from the UK and shipments are usually sent the same day (Monday to Friday), if the order is received before 1pm (UK time). If your order is received before 1pm but not shipped the same day, we'll email you to advise it will be shipped the next day.
If your shipping address is in the European Union and your order is over 150 euros, a separate invoice for VAT will be sent to you before your order is shipped. For orders under 150 euros, VAT is charged when you are checking out.

These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. Note: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK.
Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
