Our newest meal, Vegetable Stir Fry, has been influenced by our Asian travels and the amazing foods we sampled in Vietnam, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand and Japan. It's dairy free and vegetarian, and contains a wide variety of vegetables including red and green peppers, bean sprouts, sweetcorn, brown lentils, peapods, bamboo slices, leek and carrots mixed with egg noodles and lemongrass to mention a few. This vegetarian meal is a crowd favorite among vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Egg, Wheat, Sulphites
PREPARATION: REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. Note: Cold water will suffice, however the re-hydration time is longer.
The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. DO NOT EAT.
